He assists Norwegian and international clients within all types of transactions, as acquisitions, investments, mergers and demergers, reorganisations and other M&A transactions, particularly within industry and technology. Prior to joining Wikborg Rein in 2021, Kristian has experience as an associate from Advokatfirmaet Schødt.
