Kristoffer is part of Wikborg Rein’s M&A team, where he assists Norwegian and international clients with M&A transactions, investments, and reorganizations of company structures. His areas of expertise are corporate law, securities law, and contract law. Previously, Kristoffer has worked with M&A, venture capital investments and as adviser to the investment bank at DNB Bank ASA, as well as with shipping-related transactions and restructurings.
