Lars is head of the firm's Commercial Real Estate practice and advises on transactions, lease agreements, real estate development, and general assistance to property owners. Lars advises both traditional real estate companies and financial players, and has significant experience from assisting clients within i.a. project financing and private equity. A number of his clients are foreign investors in the Norwegian market.

He previously worked as a Senior Lawyer in Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, and he is co-author of the Report on Cross Border Insolvency delivered to the Ministry of Justice. Lars has also been a lecturer in property law at the University of Oslo, and is an experienced public speaker within the real estate industry.

Lars has been consistently ranked as a leading commercial real estate lawyer in Chambers, Legal500 and Who's Who Legal, as well as in the lawyer survey done by Norwegian financial daily newspaper Finansavisen.
