Specialist Counsel

Linda specialises in all aspects of shipping and offshore projects (with a particular focus on LNG), and has significant experience working for owners, charterers, financiers including banks, leasing companies and private equity houses, project sponsors and others.  Her transaction experience covers a wide spectrum of deals including sale and purchase, long-term charters, structured secured and unsecured financings, construction contracts, portfolio sales, and many others.  Linda has a lot of experience in complex multi-national, multi-party transactions and in advising on the structuring considerations and interface issues that can arise in such transactions. 

Linda also has expertise in the superyacht sphere and has acted for owners, shipyards, charterers and others on numerous transactions and projects, including the construction, chartering, sale and purchase, refit, arrest and ownership structuring of superyachts.
