Lise's main areas of practice relate to transactions and general commercial advice within the shipping offshore segment. She assists in shipping and offshore transactions, particularly sale and purchase of vessels, change of flag, and financing questions. Lise also has experience with providing advice in a number of areas, among them related to maritime and contract law issues, including advice related to larger manufacturing contracts. Lise has a particular interest in contract law issues and has written a master's thesis on "the battle of forms". She has a master in law from the University of Bergen, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from King's College London, specialising in shipping law, insurance law, investment law and corporate governance.
