Maren specialises in renewable energy projects, and works with development and transactions of a wide range of non-conventional energy portfolios such as solar, wind (onshore and offshore), hydrogen, hydropower and new technologies. She also brings considerable experience in managing bribery risks in energy projects across Latin-America, Eurasia, Africa and South East Asia. She has expertise in conducting anti-corruption risk assessments, third-party due diligence, designing and implementing compliance programs, conducting internal investigations and providing operational advice on international and national anti-corruption frameworks, including the Norwegian Penal Code, the OECD Guidelines and the World Bank frameworks.
