Maren primarily assists with transactions, drafting and negotiating of commercial real estate lease agreements and counselling relating to real estate and company law, including assistance with equity transactions. Maren has also previously worked with tax law at Ernst & Young and assists with tax law related issues, particularly issues related to real estate.
