More about Marit Krey

Marit works with real estate transactions, property development and commercial lease agreements. In addition she has extensive experience with questions related to pollution and environmental law. Marit advises a broad field both national and international clients, and has been involved in several of the largest real estate transactions and development projects i Norway. She has also extensive experience with negotiating commercial lease agreements. Further she has assisted several clients with questions related to pollution, permits and environmental law. Marit has also litigated several cases in the courts regarding pollution liability. Prior to joining Wikborg Marit worked in Schjødt with all matters related to real estate. Marit is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tromsø. In addition she holds a master´s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bergen.
