Marte provides advisory services and assistance relating to dispute resolution, including contract negotiations, mediations, litigations and arbitrations. Marte works with dispute resolution within various fields of law. She has experience with large, international disputes within the areas of contract law and company law, and has broad experience from working several years in the courts. Marte has experience with M&A and has assisted with disputes relating to inter alia share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and directors' liability. Through secondment at DNB Legal's section for Dispute Resolution, Marte also have experience with several areas relating to financial services.
