Martine has experience with processes regarding the sale and purchase of commercial real estate, negotiations of lease agreements as well as legal questions related to the operation and management of commercial real estate. She assists both private and public parties, and has experience with the most commonly used standard agreements within commercial real estate in Norway. Martine had contributed during seminars hosted by Wikborg Rein and WPS Næringsmegling in the spring and autumn of 2022. The topics of the seminars were, respectively, rule changes for the real commercial real estate industry in Norway and the latest changes in the standard agreements for commercial lease agreements. Martine mainly works with contract law and other private law related matters related to commercial real estate. She also has experience with public law matters related to commercial real estate, including matters related to the Norwegian planning and building act. Martine also has experience with construction law.
