Matias is specialised in renewable energy and green investments. Matias primarily works with transactions and project development. He has assisted Norwegian and international energy companies and utilities within, among other things, onshore wind, offshore wind, solar power and hydropower, power trading and batteries. He also has experience within CCS and E&P. He has previously spent 7 years at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, where he primarily worked with energy and renewables across topics such as strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organizational development and business building. He has also worked as a deputy judge at Oslo District Court and as a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Haavind.
