Mats provides advice in connection with acquisitions and sales of companies, mergers, demergers, share issues and other equity transactions. He also provides general corporate legal advice. He holds a master's degree in law from the University of Tromsø and a master's degree in accounting and auditing from Norwegian School of Economics. Mats has assisted Norwegian and international clients with a number of different transactions, including acquisitions, sales, mergers, demergers, share issues and reorganisations, as well as general corporate legal advice. He is particularly interested in acquisition and sale processes and the interaction between law and finance.
