Senior Associate

Mikkel works with various forms of financing and assist borrowers, agents, arrangers and syndicates of lenders in connection with syndicated loans, Norwegian high yield bond issues, corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing and debt restructuring. He also has in-house experience from the banking sector having worked as a legal secondee earlier. 

In relation to financing, Mikkel advises on general contract law, company law, security law and financial regulatory law.
