Nikolas assists lenders, agents, arrangers and borrowers/issuers with bank financing and debt capital markets transactions related to corporate financing, acquisition financing, project/asset financing, syndicated loans, direct lending and Norwegian high yield bond issues. He has extensive experience with matters of an international nature and has been involved in a number of bond issues and loan transactions in recent years in sectors such as private equity, commercial property and energy. Prior to joining Wikborg Rein, Nikolas worked as an auditor at EY and as an associate lawyer in EY Law's corporate department.
