Nora works with Intellectual Property Law (including patents, trademarks, design, trade secrets and copyright) and marketing law. Her expertise also encompasses regulatory requirements within life science and consumer goods. Nora frequently represents clients before the courts and has experience with complex international disputes. She also has experience with representing clients before other dispute resolution institutions and public authorities, including proceedings before the Industrial Property Office and the Norwegian Board of Appeal for Industrial Property Rights. Nora's field of expertise also encompasses legal regulations on confidentiality and Freedom of Information. She has previously worked in the Legislation Department of the Ministry of Justice within intellectual property law, EEA/EU law and administrative law. At the Ministry of Justice, Nora worked with questions related to trade secrets, sharing of information, right to information, confidentiality obligations and non-disclosure exemption of confidential evidence.
