Oda assists with issues concerning copyright, trademarks, designs and patents, as well as unfair marketing practices and trade secrets. Oda also has experience with transaction-related questions (M&A) within intellectual property rights, and with drafting agreements, including licence agreements. 

Oda holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, with specialisation within copyright law.
