Oda works with questions related to intellectual property rights and technology. She is associated with our team for technology and digitalisation.

Oda assists with issues concerning copyright, trademarks, designs and patents, as well as unfair marketing practices and trade secrets. Oda also has experience with transaction-related questions (M&A) within intellectual property rights, and with review and drafting of agreements, including licence agreements. 

Oda holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, with specialisation within copyright law.
