Olga specialises in international arbitration. She has acted as an in-house counsel in different institutional arbitrations (PCA, SCC and ICC). The arbitrations Olga has acted for relate to the energy industry and more precisely the gas sector. She also has experience with EU competition and energy law. Prior to her current role, Olga worked for Naftogaz of Ukraine as their deputy head of legal in charge of the arbitration and international matters. At Naftogaz of Ukraine she has obtained her knowledge of the European gas market rules as well as Ukrainian energy regulations. Olga has been in charge of a number of high profile arbitrations of Naftogaz of Ukraine, including Crimea-related investment arbitration claims of Naftogaz Group against Russia exceeding USD 10 billion. She also has been part of the core team in charge of Naftogaz's legal disputes against Gazprom of Russia since 2017. Olga possesses an impressive experience of handling complex cases and managing large cross-border teams. Olga speaks English (fluent), Ukrainian (native) and Russian (native).
