More about Sebastian

Sebastian assists Norwegian and international clients in connection with various transactions, including sales and acquisitions, mergers/demergers and other M&A transactions. He advises on and drafts agreements in various M&A transactions, provides general corporate law advice to companies and assists in connection with corporate law disputes before the courts. Sebastian holds a master's degree in law from the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master's thesis on shareholders' agreements. At the same university, he also won the negotiation competition during his studies.
