Signy assists managers and funds in a wide range of matters – from marketing, preparation of relevant documents, fundraising and investor negotiations, to day-to-day operations, including assistance with corporate governance, compliance and fund liquidation. She has also worked with fund transactions, including primary investments, secondary transactions, co/direct investments and rollovers. This includes due diligence processes, negotiation of terms, side letters and handling of onboarding etc. Prior to joining Wikborg Rein, Signy worked as a lawyer in BAHR's asset management and private equity group (2019-2024).
