More about Siri

Siri works in Wikborg Rein's Finance Department. Among other things, she is responsible for creating client accounts, bookkeeping of receipts and payments, this also applies to client account for the Shanghai office. All these accounts are reconciled monthly. She is also responsible for establishing/closing bank accounts in bankruptcy estates and follows up with an external accountant for monthly reconciliations for these bank accounts. When establishing Wikborg Rein's shelf company, she contributes with financial part establishing bank account, payment of share capital and foundation costs and ensures auditor confirmation. She is also responsible for bookkeeping of all payments.
