More about Thanuya

Thanuya is part of Wikborg Rein's HR team. Her main tasks is to provide operational HR support and advice. This includes, among other things, assistance for lawyers with authorizations and grants, employment contracts as well as being a central part of the employment journey through on- and off-boarding. She also has larger roles in various HR projects, such as streamlining the HR system we use today and maintaining new policies. In addition, Thanuya is our HSE coordinator. She is our contact person for the occupational health service, and ensures follow-up of HSE and associated activities. Before Thanuya came to Wikborg Rein, she first worked for 9 years in the humanitarian industry, both nationally and internationally (Colombia and Nepal), before she worked as an HR coordinator at the law firm Schjødt.
