Thea Sannerud is part of our HR team. Her main tasks are to provide operational HR support and advice, as well as contribute with effective HR processes and deliveries. This includes, among other things, assistance for lawyers and associates with authorizations, working time follow-up, producing employment contracts and being a central part of the employeejourney through on- and off-boarding. Thea is involved in various recruitment processes here in Wikborg Rein, both of trainees and potential permanent employees. She has larger roles in various HR projects, such as in the implementation of the HR system we use today and the creation of new policies. In addition, Thea is HSE coordinator at WR. She is our contact person for the occupational health service, and ensures follow-up of HSE and associated activities. Before Thea joined Wikborg Rein, she worked in BackerSkeie Executive Search as an Associate as part of the research and analysis team. There she contributed to the recruitment of CXOs, managers and key personnel in PE-owned, listed and public organisations. Before that, she worked in the Nordic HR department at Santander Consumer Bank, where she gained deep insight into various strategic HR processes. She also worked with operational support, project management, optimization of processes and reporting.
