She regularly assists funds and industrial players with acquisitions and mergers across industry sectors. Therese also has seven years of experience from China, and assists on corporate assignments, as well as compliance and regulatory assessments related to China. Within M&A, Therese has extensive experience in leading due diligence processes, negotiations and drafting of transaction documents. She has experience from private equity transactions and related regulatory issues for the private equity industry. She also assists Norwegian and Scandinavian industrial and technology companies with a China presence, as well as Chinese companies with a presence in Norway.
