More about Thomas Kristoffer

Thomas primarily works with fisheries and aquaculture law, and assists clients in the seafood industry with regulatory and contractual issues. Thomas' master's thesis considered if administrative fines on corporations imposed on objective grounds infringes the presumption of innocence under ECHR Art. 6 No. 2. During his studies, Thomas also specialized in corporate law and maritime law.
