More about Vegard

Vegard's work comprises various types of transactions including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments, reorganisations and business collaborations. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen with specialisation within Norwegian company law and tax law. Further, Vegard holds an LL.M. degree from King's College London where he took elective courses within international private equity finance, intellectual property law, bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, and artificial intelligence. Vegard wrote his master thesis at King's College London, named: "Legal issues related to open source software in M&A transactions".
