Ylva specialises in competition law. She has extensive experience in merger control, both in Norway and in handling multi-jurisdictional merger filing processes, as well as large and complex competition cases. Ylva advises Norwegian and international clients on all aspects of competition law, as well as the provisions of the Security Act relating to ownership control. Ylva also has experience in general EU/EEA law and state aid. Before joining Wikborg Rein, Ylva worked for over ten years at Advokatfirmaet BAHR, where she was also seconded to Telenor ASA. At Telenor, Ylva worked primarily on competition law matters relating to international transactions. Ylva has been ranked as a leading associate in Legal 500 for several years.
