The Oslo Stock Exchange has introduced Euronext ABM Fast Entry as a new bond listing segment. The Fast Entry segment lowers the barrier for bond issuers to enter the Norwegian market and comply with their listing obligations.

Alex has extensive experience with different types of transaction and debt structures, such as various types of bank financing, direct lending, PIK loans and bond financing (including super senior structures, pari passu structures and senior/junior structures combining these and other types of financing). 

He keeps on top of all current trends for such financings and, while taking care of the legal aspects of the transaction, keeps a close eye on and understands the commercial aspects of the deal.
