Anna is a shipping litigator and dispute resolution specialist. She advises Owners, Operators and their insurers in relation to disputes arising under a spectrum of maritime contracts, including, charterparties, bills of lading, ship building contracts, memoranda of agreement, ship repair contracts, ship management contracts, contracts of marine insurance etc. Primarily a dry shipping lawyer, she also has experience of advising in the aftermath of a casualty, including on issues involving security, limitation, jurisdiction, general average etc.

Anna has extensive experience arbitration proceedings (LMAA, LCIA, ICC, DIFC-LCIA, ad hoc) and English court proceeding.
