He lectures on company law as well as stock exchange and securities law. Dag Erik has board experience from listed companies and investment firms. He is a board member of the Oslo Stock Exchange, Swiss Life group companies and Sector Asset Management. Dag Erik is recognised as Tier 1 by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR. Dag Erik was the Norwegian lead lawyer for the buyer consortium (including KKR and Permira) in the Adevinta P2P, the largest and one of the most complex transactions ever seen in the Norwegian market.
