Dan is a dispute resolution specialist with a particular focus on the aviation insurance industry. He has considerable experience advising on technically complex, high value disputes within this sphere, including product liability claims, high profile major losses and insurance coverage claims. In the course of this work, Dan regularly handles English Court litigation, as well as international arbitration and mediations. Much of his work is also multi-jurisdictional in nature and he has a wealth of experience in dealing with proceedings in foreign jurisdictions around the globe, including in Africa and Asia. Dan's clients include leading airlines, helicopter operators, OEMs, MROs and their insurers and re-insurers.
