Erlend Ose

Erlend is part of the firm's Commercial Real Estate team, and works primarily with counselling relating to real property and company law.

He assists with issues relating to commercial real estate, lease, company law and related branches of jurisprudence, especially related to commercial transactions. He has competence with drafting and negotiating commercial real estate lease agreements, and counselling relating to questions thereof.

He assists both Norwegian and international clients regarding the Norwegian real estate market.

In addition, Erlend is a member of the firm's trainee committee, and has the responsibility of guiding and advising our trainees.
