Managing Associate

Gina is specialised within restructuring and has broad experience with financial and structural reorganisation of insolvent businesses. Since 2015, she has been involved in many of the largest restructurings in Norway within both real estate, oil and shipping business. Gina has assisted both the debtor, financial institutions/syndicates and bondholders etc. 

Gina also works with different transactions such as acquisitions, equity investments, mergers/demergers, and other day-to-day company law matters. 

She has been project manager for several restructurings and transactions, both in relation to target companies in Norway and target companies with international presence. Gina's experience includes industrial, private equity M&A, as well as distressed M&A.
