Kristoffer has a broad expertise within business law, and works primarily with questions related to company law, securities law and contract law. 

Kristoffer has been in-house legal counsel at DNB Bank ASA for several years, both as advisor on the DNB group's M&A- and venture capital transactions, and as advisor to DNB Markets Investment Banking Division. Kristoffer has also worked several years at another law firm, where he focused on shipping related transactions and restructurings.
