Magnus' work comprises legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients concerning corporate law and different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments and other M&A transactions.

Magnus has experience as an associate at the Oslo Stock Exchange. During his stay at the Oslo Stock Exchange, he gained broad experience in securities law, with particular emphasis on takeovers.
