Ola Marin Abrahamsen primarily works with financing related to Norwegian and international loan agreements, syndicated loan financing within the shipping and aquaculture industries, as well as bond issuances and general corporate law related to banking and finance. He also works with insolvency and insolvency-related matters.

Ola has a Master's degree in law from the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master's thesis on the bankruptcy estate’s protection against third parties when real estate is seized during bankruptcy proceedings.
