Ole Martin is part of the firm's Capital Markets practice. Ole Martin primarily works with capital market transactions and regularly assists Norwegian and international clients in all phases of IPOs, private placements and block trades. He also assists with public M&A transactions and securities law and corporate law matters. Ole Martin also has extensive experience in advising debt issuers on listings on the Oslo Stock Exchange's market places.
