Senior Associate

Ole Martin is part of the firm's Capital Markets practice. 

Ole Martin primarily works with capital market transactions and regularly assists Norwegian and international clients in all phases of IPOs, acquisitions and private placements. He also assists on securities law and corporate law issues. Moreover, Ole Martin has experience with private M&A transactions. 

Prior to working at Wikborg Rein, Ole Martin worked as Senior Associate at law firm CMS Kluge and as an Associate at the law firm BAHR. Ole Martin holds a master of laws from the University of Oslo.
