Associate

Sebastian provides advice in connection with acquisitions and sales of companies, mergers, demergers, share issues and other equity transactions. Sebastian also provides general corporate legal advice and assistance in connection with corporate disputes in the courts.

Sebastian holds a master's degree in law from the University of Bergen, where he wrote his master's thesis on shareholder agreements. At the same university, he won the 2020 negotiation competition.
