Tim is a dispute resolution specialist with a particular emphasis on the aviation sector and the associated insurance industry. He advises on matters across the sector, including insurance coverage, product liability and contractual disputes, together with claims arising from aviation losses, many of which involve an international element.

Tim has a wide range of experience in relation to both pre-action and litigated disputes, advising on proceedings in the English High Court, arbitration and resolution through mediation, as well as in relation to relevant cross jurisdictional concerns.
