Vemund advises on in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings, corporate lending transactions (bonds and bank financing) and M&A transactions. Vemund has experience in assisting companies, individual financial institutions and bank syndicates in Norwegian and cross-border financial restructurings and loan financing, within i.a. the shipping offshore industry. He has also assisted Norwegian and international clients with acquisition and other transactions, in addition to general corporate legal advice. Vemund has previously worked as a research assistant for the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, where he also got his Master's degree. His master thesis was on debt-to-equity swaps in financial restructurings.
