Associate

Vemund  advises on in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings, corporate refinancing and lending transactions, insolvency proceedings and ;&A transactions. 

He has advised individual financial institutions and syndicates on domestic and cross-border financial restructurings, and has experience from refinancing processes and transactions within i.a. the shipping and offshore industry.

Vemund has previously worked as a research assistant for the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, where he also got his Master's degree. His master thesis was on restructuring, debt-to-equity swaps, shareholders' duty of fidelity and creditor interests as part of the company's main interests.
