Assisting Norse Atlantic with strategic private placement
We are pleased to advise OSE-listed Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse Atlantic") in connection with a successful private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately MNOK 114.

The private placement was made at market price and was directed towards selected strategic international investors, as well as Norse Atlantic's two largest shareholders, B T Larsen & Co Ltd and Songa Capital AS.
We have also assisted Norse Atlantic with certain financial matters in parallel.
Wikborg Rein has served as legal advisor to Norse Atlantic since its IPO on Euronext Growth Oslo in 2021 and has assisted the company on several significant matters, including its uplifting to Euronext Expand in April 2023.
