Ane mainly works with dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation within various types of commercial contracts. She has broad experience from several major cases before the domestic courts and also from national and international arbitration (institutional and ad hoc), mediation and negotiations. She has particular experience within areas of law such as contract law, tort law, construction law, IT/technology and M&A.

Ane has previously worked as a deputy judge in Bergen District Court. She has also been seconded as a legal adviser to Aker Solutions AS, where she prepared and negotiated a broad range of contracts, participated in several international tender preparations, and provided legal advice on ongoing projects.

Ane also works closely with Wikborg Rein's London office, where she was seconded in 2024, primarily working with international arbitration cases. She has been praised as 'an up and coming litigation star' in Legal500.
