Johan has extensive experience with bankruptcies, corporate and financial restructurings, reconstruction proceedings, M&A, contract and company law, as well as banking and securities law. He was the network leader for insolvency law at JUC during 2021-2023, has written a number of articles, and has worked on secondment in Toronto at Blake, Cassels & Gaydon, Canada's biggest law firm.

 Johan has been a key member of all the major restructuring and insolvency cases Wikborg Rein has worked with over the last 10 years, including as project manager. He has considerable expertise on all relevant areas of areas.
