Michael mainly works with contract law, construction law and public law. He has a varied practice, and assists with both advisory services and dispute resolution in various areas.

The advisory services include assistance during contract negotiations and ongoing assistance in projects. Michael regularly works with the central contract standards in the area of construction law. He has experience from several large development projects, including related to final settlement disputes, negotiations and agreements with landowners and appraisement cases to determine compensation for land acquisition. He assists with conflict resolution both in and outside the courts. His court experience includes areas of law such as construction law, contract law, expropriation law, planning and building law, administrative law and regulatory law.

Michael regularly gives lectures. He also has broad experience through work in the courts as a law clerk for many years.
