Peder has extensive experience in strategic advisory services, dispute resolution and litigation and assists clients both with contentious advisory services with the aim of finding negotiated solutions and with litigation. 

He works within several areas, including post M&A, Banking and Finance, Technology and Industry, with a focus on cases concerning contract law, tort and corporate law. He also has experience with bankruptcy- and security-related disputes, as well as international private law.

Peder is admitted to the Supreme Court, and has litigated cases before Norwegian courts at all levels as well as in arbitration. He also as experience with international arbitration.
