Wikborg Rein Advises on DOF's USD 500 Million Acquisition
We are pleased to have acted as lead counsel for DNB Bank ASA as agent in the financing of DOF Group ASA's acquisition of Maersk Supply Service A/S.

The acquisition, which included 22 high-quality subsea and AHTS vessels, was financed in part by an USD 500,000,000 term loan facility provided by DNB, Danske Bank, Danmarks Skibskredit (Danish Ship Finance) and Deutsche Bank as lenders.
Following completion of the transaction, DOF has a workforce of more than 5000 people and operate a fleet of 78 vessels, of which 65 are owned.
