Emilie provides legal assistance related to larger and medium-sized IT projects and IT procurements, including drafting and negotiating development and outsourcing contracts. She also advises in the execution phase of IT projects and procurements related to day-to-day matters and disputes. Additionally, Emilie advises in related areas, such as privacy and trademark and marketing law. 

Emilie graduated from the University of Bergen and has achieved an LLM from King's College London where she specialized in Intellectual Property and Information Law. Emilie is an external examiner at the University of Bergen.
