We have had the pleasure of supporting the Aker group in a transaction where Aker invests another USD 350 million in cash into Nscale -  a global hyperscaler engineered for enterprise-grade AI infrastructure - and rolls up its 50% stake in the parties' Narvik data centre JV.

Wikborg Rein has advised DWS Group on the acquisition of key Norwegian travel infrastructure assets, including Fjellheisen in Tromsø, Romsdalsgondolen, the Golden Train in Åndalsnes, and the Arctic Train in Narvik.

We have had the pleasure of assisting NORBIT ASA (OSE: "NORBT") on its successfully completed private placement of new ordinary shares, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 200 million.

Arild har lang erfaring fra transaksjonsarbeid, både som strategikonsulent og advokat. Han er også en erfaren compliance-rådgiver, og bistår klienter både i privat og offentlig sektor.

Før Arild begynte i Wikborg Rein i 2022, ledet han transaksjonsavdelingen i advokatfirmaet Schjødt. Arild har også ledet komplekse internasjonale transaksjoner fra rollen som konsernadvokat, bl.a. som juridisk direktør i Aker ASA (2014 – 2020), og som strategikonsulent i McKinsey & Company (2009-2010). Fra 2010 - 2014 var Arild VP Board & Executive Mngt Attorney i Aker Solutions ASA, og advokat i advokatfirmaet BAHR fra 2006 - 2009.
