Wikborg Rein assisted Nobina AB with acquiring Oslobuss AS
We are pleased to announce that Wikborg Rein has assisted Swedish company Nobina AB - the Nordic region’s largest public transport operator, with 15,000 employees across four countries and serving one million passengers daily - in its acquisition of Norwegian company Oslobuss AS and its subsidiary Vestfoldbuss AS.

This strategic transaction will further strengthen Nobina’s position in Norway’s commercial bus traffic market. Oslobuss is known for its innovation and focus on sustainability, operating a significant fleet of electric busses and serving a wide range of public and private customers. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority, which we are also assisting on, and it is expected to be completed in September 2025.
